My purpose in opening Body & Soul Fitness Studio was to offer an alternative to the large exercise facilities that some women find intimidating. The goal was to create a comfortable, supportive environment in which to exercise and, according to members, that goal has definitely been met. At Body & Soul, the emphasis is on overall health and well-being. Regular exercise is viewed as a means to improve the quality of your life.
I believe in personal attention and a sensible approach to exercise. Proper exercise technique is taught and stressed. Each member is given a workout program based on her physical health, current fitness level, exercise experience, schedule and goals.
It's never too late to begin an exercise program; I have worked with women of all ages and sizes. I am a certified personal trainer and helping you safely get the most benefit from your time and effort is my priority.
